Where that WebMD page recommends the “better” crap on the left side of that table. That is WRONG. The whole thing is wrong. Someone ought to be brave enough to say STOP the madness of agricultural carbohydrates from grains grains grains. It does not matter if they are not much processed, grains are bird food, not human food.

Baked potatoes? Potatoes are nightshades, bad inflammation causing stuff. Stop eating that, it’s carbohydrate loading again. These are diabetic saboteurs selling themselves as “authorities”. Puhleeze, humans are better off without all that grain and potato stuff. Flush them all out the toilet and clear your entire house of the internal stuff.

Fruit sabotage! Fruit juice in itself is unnatural. You cannot eat that much fruit naturally if you eat the fruit whole. And just making a blanket “fruit” such as “fresh fruit” can be a disastrous recommendation. For example, mangoes, and jackfruit and graviola can be too sweet for diabetics, their blood sugars may shoot up. The words sugar-free bring to mind those sugar chemical substitutes that are poisonous to the human body.

The real guide is eaten only hydrating fruit insane quantities. Such as raw coconuts, raw watermelon, raw melon, organic papaya is the sweetest you can go.

Unbelievable corporate interests and terrible wrongheaded bad “science.” I say superstition. This idiotic WebMD website touts the ever harmful low-fat meats, low-fat harmful diet. Imagine, that much protein and very little fat. How ridiculous. It is the low-fat diet that is precisely the cause of diabetes to become well… diabetic. High protein diet, cooked at that, are kidney killers, resulting in kidney failures and high blood pressures and heart disease.

Take a look at that utterly dumb recommendation of tofu! That is total baloney. Tofu is soya, soya is mostly GMO and is not human food. Soya has all those harmful estrogens let loose in your body.

Take a look at the kidney killing baked or stewed beans. Humans are allergic to beans and seeds! They are high protein ultra low fat that is designed to kill kidneys with their protein overdose and anti-nutrients.

Please tell those WebMD webmasters to get their facts straight. Their superstition is atrocious. Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden would not have eaten any of the above. In fact, they may die a miserable diabetic death given that above WebMd recommendation.

The easy guideline towards diabetes is would Adam and Eve and the original humans who ate raw paleo diets before agriculture, eaten any of those? If they did, they’d be sold diabetic drugs. And we want to be free from drugs right? Drugs are not our destiny.
