You can have two toothbrushes and use them alternately so that the first one dries out completely before the next use. Baking soda – This is one of the very effective gum disease home remedies, mix plain baking soda with little water and rub it in a small section of the gum line. Then brush your teeth, baking soda will naturally help to clean, polish, deodorize and neutralize all the acidic bacterial wastes in one shot.
