It can help quiet things down, helping the baby sleep through the night.
The emotional atmosphere of a home can cause sleeping problems in babies as well. Though they may be too young to understand what’s going on, they can undoubtedly feel a tension. Parents should try hard to work out any unresolved issues they have, and the benefits associated with doing so will trickle down to their children.
Making sure that a baby is well fed and their diaper is dry are simple actions that can be taken which may yield big rewards regarding the baby falling and then staying asleep at night.
